buy a natural laundry detergent, put just enough in there to cover the bottom, and heat it until it just starts to bubble, don't let it boil. it'll start to come up on it's own, and you can scrape off the rest, then wash it normally.

Also fill it up with a bunch of dish soap and then fill it with boiling hot water.
Get one of those wire sponges, you know the ones that look like wire balls to scrap shit off.

After the water is hot enough that you can put your hands in, try using the wire sponge to scrape it off. Will need elbow grease.

a tsp of TSP will do ya. But, honestly, how much did the pan cost, and how much is your time worth? It's going to take time to lift that; tt might be time to relegate that particular pan to the art bin and get a new one.

Let it soak overnight, scrub it as hard as you can, rinse, fill a quarter of the way with water, and boil the fuck out of it, use a wooden spoon to stir and push up some of the shit on the bottom, and then scrub again. You may need to repeat this process. Every time you have to repeat it, drag your roastie in the kitchen, fill the sink with water, and hold her head under the water until she passes out, so she learns a lesson.

Again; it's entirely on us that we didn't jump at the chance to teach you how to put a piece of meat in the oven (or a pot of water).
