Overloaded bullshit nachos really are fucking trash. They're only advantage is compactness and mobility, you can just slop all this bullshit in a tray and have at it. Also the horrific asymmetry of topping distribution and all the soggy bullshit.

You could just have a nice multi-layer dip and the chips separate. About the only thing that should go on the chips is melting some cheese on them after an initial light toasting, cheese doesn't get soggy and should add some integrity for big dips.

i had the nachos at buffalo wild wings and they were surprisingly good and stayed crispy
