there's this pizza around here where theres a little sprinkle of pecorino or something under the sauce, with the sauce on top

it's more like a sheetpan style pizza with a good amount of dough, but the sauce gets nice and condensed down, caramelizes on the sides of the pizza and shit, isnt soupy or saucy at all really good
