I was absolutely terrified of ET when I was a kid. My Grandma worked at Sears, and I refused to go in and see her, because they had ET playing on the tv's. I experienced sleep paralysis when I was like 6 or so. I saw ET come into my room and start walking toward me. I couldn't do anything at all. I just sat there and couldn't scream or yell or anything. Still one of the scariest moments of my life.

The real secret with the old, tried and true, po tater is to cook it, and cool it in your fridge overnight. Doing this makes the glycemic load much lower and is an excellent prebiotic! Why?
