Ttukbaegi is best.

Guys I just bought a ttukbaegi last week for making sundubu jjigae and it is literally the best kitchen purchase I have made since I invested in a good chef's knife 15 years ago.

- You can cook in it AND serve in it, saves on washing up.
- it keeps your dish warm all the way to the end.
- easy to clean up.
- perfect size for a single person portion.

I've made 2 jjigaes this weekend and just done myself a miso soup for lunch with it. I might use it again later to do myself a portion of gormeh sabzi. I can see this getting used every day.

Do you like ttukbaegi too?

Then you should take a step back, think to yourself "this thread isn't for me, and that's ok" and then move on with your life instead of posting hatred and negativity. That energy you put out into the world only comes back to you.

Yeah, I bought one for the same reason (dirt cheap if you live by a Korean grocery store) and kept using it for the other reasons you listed. Not even a koreaboo, but it's real practical, especially if you live alone.

I have one.
Haven’t used it for anything Korean. Great for quick soups in general though.

Aw yea, I totally want to eat from the same bowl as others like a fucking pig!
>it keeps your dish warm all the way to the end
Put a lid on retard.
>easy to clean up
Unless you let the food dry pit and stick for a day, everything is easy to clean
>single person portion
Who the fuck cooks a single portion? Gotta be some bourgeois fag who copies a youtube recipe and never uses the cookware again.

Yeah I picked it up when I was at the Wing Yip supermarket stocking up last week. I've been really impressed with it so far.

Yes I'm going to use it for a lot of soups/stews.

Hey buddy, a lot of pent up anger on this board today.

>Aw yea, I totally want to eat from the same bowl as others like a fucking pig!
Well, I live alone, so I make a lot of single person portions. Which makes this type of vessel very practical.

>Put a lid on retard.
Put a lid on and take it off every time I eat a spoonfull? What?

>Unless you let the food dry pit and stick for a day, everything is easy to clean
No, I'm not a slob. I just mean like it's very non stick and doesn't take much elbow grease to get clean. And again, it i better just to wash the one dish than have a pan and a bowl to wash up.

>Who the fuck cooks a single portion?
A single person. Who lives alone, and eats alone 99% of the time.

I hope I have answered some of your questions anon. Have a great day.

No, I cook food for 3 days or more because I don't have time to cook 2 meals every day that takes an hour or more.
>>16955474
So you waste hours cooking single portion meals but hate wasting 2 more minutes washing your shit, sounds retarded.
>Put a lid on and take it off every time I eat a spoonfull? What?
How long does it take for you to eat a meal slowpoke? This is a rhetorical question, obviously.

So you're a meal prepper who just sees food as fuel. Makes sense now that you were talking about "lids"; you eat reheated leftovers out of tupperware for every meal.

I use a lot of fresh ingredients and I enjoy cooking. I wouldn't consider taking the time to prepare healthy, tasty, fresh cooked meals as wasted time at all.

I am indeed a slow eater. Not only is it better for your digestion to take your time and chew properly, you can actually enjoy the taste of the food instead of just wolfing it down as fast as you can and giving yourself indigestion and missing out on all the pleasure of the flavour. I would seriously suggest you try it sometime, you may enjoy it? Slow down and be more present and mindful when you eat. I wish you all the best anon. Peace and love.

I wasn't trying to. I just repeated what you basically said or heavily implied. Kind of ironic when you're the one who keeps calling people bourgeois for some reason.

What is there to even talk about? You didn't even post a pic of your own thing, let alone any of the stuff you made in it. At the very least you could have linked a Maangchi video or something so people like that one retard could actually see how it's used.

I like them. Bought a couple with some long spoons at H Mart after watching Maangchi. I usually just use them for that steamed fluffy egg in the chicken broth dish.
