I had an argument with a guy who vehemently insisted that tomato sauce is not ketchup and that ketchup and tomato sauce are somehow two completely distinct products. I pointed out to him that Heinz ketchup has the exact same ingredients and nutrition (even the amount of sugar) as Masterfoods tomato sauce or even the crappy Woolworths branded stuff, but he still insists there's some arcane legal difference between ketchup and tomato sauce.

I don’t know the name but I use a hand me down pie/cake tin with 90 degree edges. I treat all pizza dough the same but since this is more of a pie it might behoove you to crisp the crust a bit beforehand so it resists the filling better and doesn’t get soggy. Also minimize sauce wateriness as much as possible for the same reason
