do you like the po'boy?
I like them

Never had one because shrimp is expensive here.
The sandwich list would read... $10, $12, $9, then all of a sudden $25. That's not gonna fly here, so its not even on the menu. Same with that mythical lobster roll. Never seen one.

Wilted lettuce, shitty tomatoes, subway-tier bread. The only thing that looks appetizing is the shrimp and that's debatable

Dude is absolutely right on here, they really need to drop the fucking “Po’ boy” monicker. You absolutely cannot get fried oyster Po’ boy for under $15 anywhere

Only if I know the shrimp is wild and local. I don’t trust any seafood that doesn’t list it as such. Fuck these Vietnamese and chink shrimps. Only seafood from the the gulf coast and west coast. Washington had good seafood. Florida is the best though.

Gonna assume that's in burgerbucks. There's a bbq restaurant near me that sells po'boys (shrimp, catfish, or oysters) plus a side of fries or slaw and bbq baked beans for $16 in leafbucks, which is around $12.85 American.

Their are many different types of po boys and the only thing really connecting them is the bread. It is my opinion that if it is not on Leidenheimer bread then it is not a po boy. I love them but po boys are not really special, some are damn tasty but if you want a special Louisiana sandwich you have the muffuletta.

Well I'm talking like an absolutely huge po boy at $5 each, you can make them smaller and still have a satisfying sandwich desu. But it's also probably called that because I'm sure at the time if its invention most seafood was either cheao enough for poor people food or the local fisherman capitalized on the garbage seafood as a cheap sandwich
