Only if I know the shrimp is wild and local. I don’t trust any seafood that doesn’t list it as such. Fuck these Vietnamese and chink shrimps. Only seafood from the the gulf coast and west coast. Washington had good seafood. Florida is the best though.

Their are many different types of po boys and the only thing really connecting them is the bread. It is my opinion that if it is not on Leidenheimer bread then it is not a po boy. I love them but po boys are not really special, some are damn tasty but if you want a special Louisiana sandwich you have the muffuletta.
