I rented a real shit hole when I was in college and the landlord was a cheap (literal) Jew who would refuse to fix anything and try to make life difficult.

When we left the house we had a big party and fucked that place up. We encouraged people to do their worst and to leave with a piece of the house (chunk of drywall, piece of carpet, you name it). More than a few stair treads were ripped off and there were so many holes in every room it looked like a house in Syria. Towards the end we were playing games like whipping beer bottles at an axe that we stuck in a stud and seeing if we could fill the bathtub with piss (got almost 2/3 full). When a couple guys started shitting in the air vents I staggered outside and didn’t go back in but a friend was hammered and did donuts in the backyard and ended up smashing the fence.

In short we quite literally destroyed the house but we didn’t sign leases and were all leaving for whatever life was waiting for us after graduation. I spent a year working as an English teacher in Osaka and never heard anything about my roommates feeling any consequences. I was also knee deep in Jap pussy so it was just a hilarious memory and story to me, I didn’t give two shits about the landlord or any repercussions.

And yes we pissed in the stove, fridge and deep freezer. Imagine finding a deep freezer full of frozen piss kek.
