whats the best way to cook salmon? atm i just pan fry it with no added oil, but i feel like i lose a lot of the oil which escapes into the pan. theres always shit loads extra in the pan, i usually cook with it later to make some chicken the same day

I like to broil it. You can go as simple as something like old bay, or you can mix something like white miso with some honey and an Asian chili sauce and it'll be equally as good. Don't treat it like chicken; make sure to leave a little bit of pink in the center.
