That's not a lot of water. You are actually probably dehydrated if you're drinking that little while fasting. I think almost 4 liters a day is recommended for men, 3 for women. If you're eating regularly you get a lot extra from the food, but if you're fasting then you're not.

Also anon your issue is just that eating after a long fast does that, you need to start slow. I work with some muslims who fast on the holy month for about 12 hours a day (sunrise to sunset) and they always break their fast with something very light, like dates or fruit, then a small meal. You are experiencing nausea due to lack of electrolytes. You need to drink potassium, sodium, and magnesium to fast without getting ill. You WILL however still feel lethargic and you should limit your fasting honestly, my feeling is that lethargy cant be good all the time. One 48 or 72 hour fast per 2 weeks at most. Eat good nutritious food at a slight calorie deficit when not fasting like organ meats, fatty fish, squashes, sweet potatoes, citrus fruits

If you are serious about continuing, get magnesium glycate, potassium citrate and iodized salt bulk powders. Take 4g each of salt and potassium and 400 mg per day of magnesium in water with some lemon juice concentrate and liquid stevia or sucralose. This will reduce your illness while fasting

First of all you should never go above 3 cups (Not amerilards cups I mean actual teacup sized) of coffee per day. You're getting way too much caffeine. You will be going through withdrawal from this shit if you stop I bet especially if you have been doing this for a long time. Also getting this amount of caffeine is terrible for anything beyond staying awake. You lose motor control and your ability to think clearly.

Coffee is also diuretic. Its contributing to your dehydration. Add that to how little water you're drinking and the fact that you are fasting and you get a recipe for disaster.
Also cabbage is pretty difficult to digest. Get some food that's easier on the stomach.

I wasn't even trying to lose weight particularly, and I ended up drinking a lot and when I would drink I wouldn't feel hungry, then when I would eat, it would make me feel sick. If your body begins to believe it is starving, which with a diet like that it most assuredly has gotten there, you are absolutely fucked once you’ve lost the 15lbs. Your body will begin to hoard all calories you consume and they will instantly be stored in fat, because your body doesn’t want to starve the “next time” you are starving to death. However, we live in modern first world countries, so you’re not going to ever experience this starvation unless you force it upon yourself. You should never diet as an event. You should have a diet and a nutrition plan of some type, even a simple one. As the year progresses and your goals change, ideally around fitness, as well as health maintenance, you should be adding and removing foods and calories.

You probably need to eat some fat. Chicken breast is almost pure protein. Protein without any fat or carbs can make you sick, look up "rabbit starvation". Cabbage is also mostly just fiber and water, and lots of water on an empty stomach when you're really hungry can be nauseating too.

Add just a little butter or olive oil, and some lemon juice too for freshness. You're already barely consuming any calories so a couple tablespoons of butter won't make much of a difference. You could also try adding a little ginger which is often used to help settle a stomach without adding any calories.

But you'd be better off trying to adjust your diet to something that you enjoy and can maintain long term, because short term extreme diets like this don't continue working if you start eating like you used to. It'd be okay to have some rice or sweet potato with it or something too, what you mainly want to be doing is just avoiding processed foods which will help you lose weight.

OP, do you even know what your TDEE is? You need to be eating that minus 500 calories for steady weight loss. Also, if you're doing OMAD/Intermittent Fasting, you need to be sure you're actually getting all your nutrients. Control for portion size and calories and actually try to eat from all the major food groups. Be sure to stay hydrated and get regular exercise too and all that.

And chew your food, a good hearty mean should take at least 25 minutes to eat.
