Opa Jochen is a German retired butcher showing how to make sausages and similar stuff. Most stuff is obviously German but also many eastern European recipes. Not sure about the authenticity for other countries products. Comfy channel although kinda repetitive from time to time but always nice to see the sausages seasonings. I would've never thought people would use so much oriental spices in such simple products.
