good beef is rare in my area but good pork is everywhere, so I do burgers of pork.

Ive tried different variants but looks like pork is, actually, too flavorfull and needs not much addings. I ended up with:

>few slices of raw onion
>pickles + jalapenos
>smth sour and spicy (I use shriracha + tomato sauce)

It's strange. When I was little, white adults in the US didn't eat fast food at all. It was considered "ghetto" to eat fast food. The change came with my generation. Now white young adults my age seem to eat fast food all the time, along with all the other young adults, no matter the social status. I don't know what accounts for this rather sudden change.

I can, the problen is its a wee harder to rise a proper cattle in colder environment when you have pretty much 6 month winter each year. the beef is present, Russia has the biggest beef cattle population in the whole eruope, but still. pork is cheaper and way more availible.

This is objectively true and the exact reason that it became a seasonal item. The McRib was a massive flop that sold like shit, so they removed it from the menu after a couple years. They brought it back in the 90s as a seasonal thing and it sold well on the "McRib is back!" gimmick so they started doing that more regularly. If it were put back on the menu full-time I guarantee it would stop selling well because people only want it a couple times every now and then, not regularly.
