Pizza isn't hardly a dish, nothing a grownup would eat, anyway. 40 % crust, some crappy tomato sauce, cheap cheese and pepperoni, nahh.

Honestly it just depends on what mood I'm in. Saying super-rich, wine-soaked, fall-apart meat and vegetables no longer sounds good after a decade or so of eating shit like that.

Been awhile since I've had good cioppino. It really needs fennel bulb and some sambuca or anisette in it.

A real roman pizza with light toppings, or even marinara, is an simple, delightful meal if you want something less complicated.
>>16797161
One can find this in the USA, but it can be difficult - particularly in the interior. It's clear you've not been lucky enough to spend time in the parts of Europe where a good pizza is available.

Personally, I like Japanese noodle soups. If the weather is right, even a dashi and soy broth with soba can go a long way.

Moving to the northern hemisphere and being afforded actual seasons has completely changed my perspective on food because the seasonal weather shifts really allow certain foods to hit the spot.

Isn't it pretty much just Beef Bourguinon with chicken though?
I agree tho, Coq Au Vin is fuckin delicious and you can really simplify it a ton (use chicken legs, don't marinade, frozen pearl onions, salt pork for the lardons) and nobody can tell the difference. Women love it too, nothing makes a bitch's pussy wetter than giving her the Coq.

Look, some immature young guy that wants to get into the ranks of adults. The dead giveaway is the typical childlike behaviour of "my one favourite thing is the objective best", and whoever disagrees are dumb.

The other dead give away is to call certain foods "child food".

This is games children play, one children saying to the other: "oh, look what a child you are for doing X". In reality of course, they are both children.
