I just make what 4chan tells me. If there's a thread about something I often end up making it myself since this board is unironically on trend mostly. Butter and jam cookies sound AMAZING but more work than I wanted to put in.

I just now loosely followed the traditional toll house choccy chip cookie recipe but I make some variations - i have cookie dough in my fridge now waiting to bake it off once chilled

I used half white flour and half whole wheat pastry flour, extra molasses instead of brown sugar, liddle bit of msg, liddle bit of glycerol monostearate and sodium stearoyl lactylate for moistness, extra vanilla cuz u never rly taste the vanilla and I was almost done with a bottle of extract, mixed choccy chips and i just hand-made chunks of dark chocolate from bars I wanted to use up of 70% dark, and I added a generous helping of chopped pecans

I'm letting the dough CHILL for a full 2 hours to see if that improves the result
