There are so many great choices.
But if you're going to drink anything to cover up the taste of alcohol, then beer would probably be the ideal choice. It also would help mask the smell of alcohol on your breath.
But a shot of bourbon or scotch with vodka might be your best bet. Also, try to drink it out of a glass, as that will also help mask the taste of alcohol.
If your goal is to not drink at all, I'm guessing you'd do better off drinking plain water.

And as for what food to eat, it's a bit of a difficult question to answer because I'm not quite sure how different it would taste to me if I wasn't drinking alcohol.
But I'd probably choose something like a sandwich, or maybe something with some sauce.
So you can eat something that's either salty, or fatty, or spicy, and that would cover up the taste of the alcohol in your mouth.
Also, if your goal is to not eat anything, then drink water. That's the best thing to eat or drink if you just want to not consume anything.

Cranberry juice works well but I find it too syrupy. Orange is good too but it's really sweet. If you are looking to get as much vokda into a drink go with grapefruit. You can make them strong as fuck.
