Smoke a pipe. Pipe tobacco doesn't have the additives that cigarettes do and it is incredibly relaxing. If you do I would skip aromatics that most people start on and go for a nice, light English blend or a Virginia. Natural tasting tobacco is the best. Some mild flavoring is ok but when it comes to most aromatics it seems like the majority of the flavor is lost. They wind up tasting bland.
