stop bullying the poor man, you know what he means

anyway, here you go OP:
1. dissolve an oxo cube in hot water
2. add to your handy gravy mug
3. dip chocolate digestives in and enjoy your cuppa biscuits and gravy

go to Hardees/Carls Jr and order the biscuits and gravy. take the biscuit and set it aside. scoop the gravy from the bowl with the hashbrown rounds. now separate the biscuit into a top and bottom piece. now tear the bottom part into tiny pieces into the remaining gravy and put jelly on the top part. finito

Seriouseats has a good buttermilk biscuits recipe. If you don't have a food processor you can freeze and grate the butter.

As for the gravy I do this:
Over medium heat, cook 1 lb sausage (I prefer Bob Evan's Spicy) in a skillet, crumbling it up as it cooks. You want it done with a decent amount of browning but not crispy and smoking.
Then sprinkle over 1/4 cup of flour and stir it around to make your roux. Let the flour brown for a minute or so.
Add 1 cup milk, then add more milk or water until it reaches your desired consistency.
Add a fuckton of black pepper until it tastes good. Other good spices to add are cayenne pepper, white pepper, long pepper, and sage. The milk balances out a lot of the spicyness but you don't want to overdo it unless your a degenerate like me who overspices his food.
Cursed /ck/ tip: You can actually make a deenz gravy instead of a sausage gravy using the above recipe, just use 2 cans of deanz in olive oil instead of sausage. The olive oil makes a gravy/bechamel just like the sausage grease does.

Cook ground sausage, after it's cooked add in milk till you think you have enough gravy, stir in flour until it's thick to your tastes. Be careful because it will thicken up as it gets hotter.

Add a fuck load of ground pepper.

It's a pretty easy breakfast.

Oh and throw some flaky biscuits in the oven before starting the sausage because biscuits take a while.

You don't need a recipe for biscuits and gravy. You just throw frozen or canned biscuits in the oven, brown some sausage, add a little flour into the grease, then stir in milk until you like the consistency. Fuckin wala, breakfast in 10 minutes

I use heavy cream instead of milk. It tastes way better but I can't eat much of it at a time.

Cook it at a lower temp to give more time for the fat to render out.

Ever since I tried Tennessee Pride frozen patties I've been a lazy fuck and just plonk those bricks on a pan and throw em in the oven. Decent sausage, easy and cheap. And plenty of tasty grease to use as you please.

If drop biscuits are made right they are delicious and perfectly reasonable with sausage gravy, just make sure they biscuits are creamy

>> No.16778727

Going off memory, but usually what I did was:

>Brown some Italian sausage in a pot and drain it of any grease.
>Put some flower in near the end (around 1/4th a cup or so) and have the sausage absorb it.
>Put in about 2-3 cups of milk along with 1/2 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and salt and pepper to taste. A little bit of paprika and some red pepper flakes are also nice if you want some more spice or flavor.
>Let it boil and then simmer for a few minutes. It will then start to thicken up. If still very liquid, put a tablespoon or two of flour in to thicken.

I was usually lazy with the biscuits and either used canned biscuits you bake yourself or already made biscuits from sams and would heat them up in the oven.
