Is it wrong that I'm more interested in adjunct lagers than craft beers these days?
I love craft but the market is so IPA/meme beer centric that I'm kinda bored with it, I've been more interested in regional AALs like Hamm's, Schlitz, etc. And because it's cheaper, I buy tons of Coors Banquet and Budweiser these days rather than craft.
I also love Mexican beers, Modelo is like a perfect middle ground between American pisswater and American meme craft beers with way too much lupulin to be sessionable.

Oooo a fancy beer thread. Chimay is a good middle of the road expensive beer, but there are a lot of brews. A few good to try options: Thomas Hardy's rare ale, Delirium Nocturnum, Schlenkerla Rauchbier, Ommengang 3 philosophers, Trois Pistoles, La Fin du Monde, Rasputin Imperial Stout, Sam Smiths winter welcome ale, Sam Smiths Oatmeal stout, Jackelope Barley Wine, Anchor's Old Foghorn, and last one i can think of Piraat Ale. All of the beers i mentioned are really freaking tasty but slightly expensive.
