Just make good food you enjoy while keeping a handle on the calories. Cut back on cheese and mayonnaise, use more mustard. Don't include unnecessary carbs or fat, make good use of acidity and salt. Drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. Emphasize leaner protein for staying full.

I once was obsessed with body weight when I was trying to lose weight. One time I knew I was going to take a HUGE shit. I weighed myself before, then took a HUGE shit on a paper plate. I even weighed the giant turd on a triple beam balance. It was almost two pounds. The bullshit electric bathroom scale gave me the exact same weight even though I know I was two pounds lighter. Electric bathroom scales lie. I think they store previous weights in memory or something. I tried to trick it by putting one leg on the floor, holding the 2lb paper plate of shit, etc. But it never gave me my real weight.

OP I'm assuming you stopped eating like a lard ass, which is good. Your brain is accustomed to operating on a certain level of sugar, fat and salt. Since it is not depraved of those in large quantities, all of which (especially sugar) can be addictive. You are going through a form of withdrawal. This is very common, I myself also experienced this. Just keep pushing through.

scales have levels of precision.
a laboratory scale may measure down to a tenth of a milligram accurately.
that sort of precision costs thousands of dollars.
your bathroom scale costs probably 20$.
further, the precision of a scale depends on the total mass present.
a totally empty scale with 1 oound of stuff on it is less accurately measured than a scale with 50 pounds of stuff on it.
that is to say, going from 0 to 1 pound is harder to measure than going from 50 to 51 pounds, because of the way the spring compresses inside the scale.

hold the shit in your hands and weigh yourself, then put the shit on the ground and weigh yourself.
