How are prices and stock at your local grocery stores? Upstate NY here really haven't noticed any shortages or price increases.

>> No.16726460

In Missouri it's fine. Everything is fine.

>> No.16726505

Orlando FL. There are sections that are empty in all stores, especially dairy / meat / produce, but you can find everything if you look around.

It is about 50/50 supply chain issues and worker issues; Orlando doesn't believe in a living wage as a whole(cheapest apartment, saving on utilities, buying the cheapest food is roughly 15$ an hour for 40 hours a week. To put that in perspective, it was 11$ an hour 5 years ago).

Stores have the stock, but can't get it out on the sales floor because they can't find workers willing to work for poverty.

We're actually better off than we were a few years ago, I can find more niche stuff (relatively speaking) in my local Walmart than I could a while back.

I live in Canada and I’m getting butt fucked every time I shop.

I wanted to make stew last month so I went to the butcher and bought 2 lbs chuck for $16. Then I bought some potatoes, carrots, parsley, turnip, an onion and beef broth. I had Guinness at home for the broth.

Stew probably cost me $40+ I shit you not. And people STILL voted for Trudeau yesterday. I don’t know what has to happen before people wake the fuck up and the complacency starts to shed.

Northern Georgia here. No huge increases but I am seeing things slowly trend upwards. The biggest change is that sales aren't as good as they usually are. It's mostly processed food going on sale.
