A serious answer? Look up Betty Crocker Thai Coconut Chicken. Sounds retarded, I know. I tried it on a whim and everyone loves it. Genuinely a 10/10. Thing is, you need to go to the store and spend a few dollars on stuff besides chicken and coconut milk.
