Take the McChicken patty out of the sandwich and put it in the ramen as a topping
Put the deenz in the ramen as well. You don't have to use all the deenz, but put just enough in to make it act like an umami boost.
No idea what you'd use the barbecue sauce for but you could drizzle the tiniest amount over the ramen as a garnish I guess
