Subscription services are meant to be forgotten, that's why every company does them now. A basic soft or crunchy taco costs, what, $1 to maybe $1.50 depending on where you live? You need to eat at least 5 tacos a month to get your money's worth. Note how it's only 1 taco a day, so you would have to go to taco bell 6 times a month to have recieved more food than you would get if you just paid each time you bought one, but that's not where the plan actually ends. Who drives to a Taco Bell and orders one taco? Almost no one. You at least get a drink and probably at least another taco or a side. Now you've given them more money. The only people this would be useful for is someone who eats Taco Bell more than 6 times a month already. For everyone else, it either will cause people to force themselves to go more (and spend more while there) or it will result in a ton of people who just forget they even have this subscription along with the 2 dozen other subscription services they have and dont use, which is 5 dollars a month in their bank at no cost.
If you're really broke you could definitely use this to your advantage and have a taco every day, but that will be less than 1% of people who buy the subscription.
