I lived in an area that almost never had this type of barbeque to eat from. Now there's a few places that have popped up trying to serve it. First time I had it was okay, went to a different place recently to try theirs and man was it amazing. Especially the burnt ends. It was extremely fatty and delicious. Ever few months now I order some as a treat and it lasts a week and is great. Even the non-burnt ends are good, but god damn those end pieces are amazing.

as it turns out, I got a brisket cut at markdown last month and tried to slow cook the shit and got paranoid as fuck that i didnt do it right so I ended up just throwing it in the trash. Kind of a long story for this format, but just trust me, it was sketchy.

$10 gone, but the peace of mind that I didnt poison my family: priceless.
