Oh, sorry your cooking looks like the steak fucker upper anon. As for an appraisal, that salmon looks dry and undercooked at the same time. Good job on that, not an easy thing to accomplish. The greens in that bowl are either not drained properly if they’re cooked or totally overdressed if they’re raw. 4/10

it was crunchy and tender in the middle. too much olive oil. crunchy on both sides, it almost seemed like fried chicken. so again too much oil. certainly not dry, overcooked in the sense that it had a good sear.
definitely no worms ffs
