You can find Julia Child cooking eggs on YouTube and she's overviews what you can do with them pretty well what you want to do is learn how to cook them gently. One of the thing she'll show you how to do is basically get a pan that's not too hot put about a tablespoon of butter in it and then put three eggs in that you've beaten together. Then you want to cook them until they just start coming together and that'll be really tasty you can also add more butter. Eggs taste a lot better with butter and salt. Tarragon is another good thing to have with them. Another thing you can do with eggs is make a caesar salad dressing from scratch. You just need all of oil and anchovies and garlic and lemon.

This is a pretty good rundown of the history associated with the cholesterol hypothesis. That's why you have all of this push to say seed oils are healthy because in some studies do they show a reduction in cholesterol. Most researchers have now reversed their position I was actually talking to a specialist the other day and we discussed diet and he was quite adamant low-fat or seed oil fat high-carbohydrate diets were probably one of the worst things that were ever conceived. He actually displayed quite a bit of concern over what people were doing to themselves by replacing saturated fat with polyunsaturated fatty acids.
