I dont care for pancakes (one or two is fine but they're basically filler, so I can go without them) and I prefer eggs with runny yolks rather than scrambled. The best part of an American breakfast is biscuits and gravy, which is absent here. Hashbrowns are good, but if the option is between that plate and a typical full English, I go with full English.
However, that full English is fucked. So many tomatoes, what the shit? Lot of beans too, and I like beans for breakfast but that only brings up the issue of there bring no toast or crumpets for the beans and egg. The real tragedy though, even worse than the excess of tomatoes is the lack of black pudding. It's not Full English without black pudding.

So while I would typically pick a full English, I'm honestly not sure which of thuse in the OP I would want.
