Smelly cheese is pretty good though, so are anchovies. I understand that you think that every anchovy smells like it’s been sitting out in the sun on a boat ramp and every smelly cheese smells just like satan’s asshole; but both of these things come in different levels of intensity and usually people try a lighter variation of the flavors before eventually wanting the full thing once they’ve tried the lighter stuff enough times. I used to dislike olives and cilantro, but I forced myself to try each time I came across them. Now I really enjoy eating both, I could pile a whole bunch of cilantro on a dish, even though I used to think it tasted like soap. Net pleasure increased, win in my book.
