Rate my dinner /ck/
Flank steak and peppers and onions with fajita seasoning, sour cream and cheese wrapped in tortilla
bean dip salsa made from black beans, red onions, tomatoes, green chilies, white corn, feta, cilantro and lime juice

It's simple, just warm up a pan, take a spray bottle with some oil and VERY gently coat the pan so it wont stick and slap it on for ~15 seconds then flip.Other than that would eat.

Don’t let the tortilla police get you down anon. Texan here who grew up in the 80’s with “soft tacos” on the school lunch menu. They never warmed the tillas up and they were still tasty.
