Some people are aware of their limits. I can't play guitar as well as John Petrucci, but I can still tell you that Dream Theater is a band of hacks that haven't been relevant in decades, except to an aging population of millennial neckbeards.
Also you need to understand camera stuff, or be able to hire someone who does, and also editing and shit. I own my restaurant, I'm the chef, and I couldn't even take a decent photo of a dish to save my life, let alone make a video, I wouldn't get any usable takes. Shit, I dropped out of college because I had to do presentations and shit for some classes. Despite all of that, if you make a video, deigning to tell me how to make a dish, and you do and say retarded shit the whole time like that fagusa guy, I have the right to comment negatively on your video and cooking skills, and I'd have that right even if I were as poor a chef as Kay.

With something like video games or animation it's a team effort to make them so the criticism of "just make your own" isn't the best. But with cooking? Shit. I would usually agree it your shitting on critics, but that is only relevant for things that are actual gruelling processes.
