I would like to call attention to any Texans and/or Pennsylvanians currently in this thread.

I have placed Wawa's in poor and Whataburger in disgusting. I have been to both your states multiple times, and on every occasion I have tried both Wawas and Whataburger multiple times. Each time I've been disappointed. Wawa's is simply nothing special, the food did not impress me even in a small way. And Whataburger was simply fucking disgusting. It was most comparable to Rally's in terms of quality.

Had to put in an extra tier just to be more reasonable. Also, DQ is in average because ice cream is high tier but food is low tier. Now then, on to your takes:

Rated quite a few of these on consistency, a few got demoted for that and shitty staff repeatedly at different locations.
