cook a full english bruv

Buttermilk pancakes.
1 cup flour
1 egg
2 tbsp oil
1.25 cup milk
1 tbsp white vinegar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Add vinegar to milk, stir and set aside while you mix other ingredients.

Sift dry ingredients together.

Add wet ingredients to dry and stir. Let sit for 5 mins or until bubbles start to form.

Use ladle to spoon into greased/oiled frying pan.

Makes about 4 pancakes. Adjust as necessary.
