Imagine you're forced to live out of your car without any refrigeration or even a stove. What would you keep on hand to be able to have a delicious and filling meal right from the comfort of your folded-down seats?

Enjoy pop tarts in the morning

Loaf of wonder bread and spread you on some deviled ham with the tin lid. A bag of chips pairs well with this. Life is good

even if you dont go camping you're an idiot if you dont have a backup little gas cooker somewhere.
backpacker's hostels and hotels also give out used gas canisters for free.
tourists buy a new gas canister, use it once on a hike to make tea and then leave the canister behind at the hotel. it costs money to get them disposed of so hotels and hostels usually have a few hundred of the things hanging around somewhere that they'll gladly give you.

failing that, literally every park has an electric BBQ that costs 20 cents to use. just give it a quick clean in case there's hobo piss on it.

Deenz, crackers, chips, various fruits, carrots, nuts, protein bars. I've been living out of an suv for the past 2 months but it was by choice so I got a coleman and a car fridge to cook full meals on. I do all my dishes in silicone folding baskets. I did an old bay shrimp boil with noodles and carrots tonight. It was delicious.

Peanut butter, oats, rasins, cheese, tuna, canned pasta, canned chili + bread or flour tortillas. A camping stove really is a must. Or find a park with a BBQ pit area. A hot meal fixes a bad mood. Real coffee too, it suppresses appetite and gives you energy.

literally dumpstered bread/bagels keeps for a while. canned goods basically, if you have a tiny fuel camp stove you can save up for a wok, cast-iron or water pot to boil/fry things in.

have vanned-lifed it, it's alright and a temporary solution. but you need a lot of energy to stay out of the attention of cops(avoid impounding and parking tickets) and or dangerous areas where your shit can be taken.

Canned food is the obvious choice. I would get disposable forks and eat straight out the tin. Fresh food needs refrigeration and will also attract pests. Fast food is expensive and unhealthy. I would make some kind of prep area for combining more elaborate meals, like fish and peas, or simple sandwiches, and damp clothes or disposable wipes for rudimentary cleaning and accidents. I would also need space to store and transport trash to not be a nuisance. Some fruits like like bananas or satsumas would be good, only with airtight storage however to not attract insects. Nuts and chocolate would be good snacks. I would scavenge for equipment, especially storage for fresh waste and tie it up in bags, maybe even use odor products on it, to deter animals from getting interested. I would definitely not try to rely on pop tarts or eating uncooked instant noodles for nutrition. Seen people do that, jesus christ.

Sunday night/ monday morning? Yeah that's the best time to rile up all the poor abused incels. They are staying up late for their no job tomorrow. They are going to fap again and again today. They are gonna get so mad at little pictures on the internet because their mean mommies hurt them. Or maybe they got hurt from a big meanie girl bully at school and were never the same. Incels out there I will find you and I will bully you and I will teach my kids to bully you and you will never make it.

If you can have a car you can have a small stove.
Either gas or alcohol or simply a small campfire.

That leaves open a lot of nice one-pot dishes with rice, pasta, or potatoes. All of those keep well without refrigeration.

When I go camping, which I do without a fucking car like a pseud, I plan the route around access to water and bring a lot of dry goods. For meat I either hunt with a bow, which doesn't weigh a lot, or bring some dried/cured meat like chorizo.
Oatmeal for breakfast, usually with some dried fruit in it.
Fresh veggies are nice and can easily keep but they do add some weight.

Obviously I bring some spices as well. I usually mix them from home based on what I intend to eat and carry them in one of those 35 mm. film canisters.

>> No.16500050

When I go out into the desert I only carry non-perishable foods in the truck so I don't have to take up space with a cooler. This is what I bring:

>isobutane backpack stove
>one pot
>chipped beef
>jerky
>pickled pork
>dehydrated chicken breast
>rice
>noodles
>barley
>oats
>bouillon cubes
>dried fruit
>nuts
>salt
>assorted spices

With this stuff on hand I can make a week's worth of meals while not taking up too much space.
