Looks good anon. When you cut them, stretch them a little before you roll them in one motion (from pointy end to wide end). Then let them rise with the pointy edge underneath.

They're undercooked on the inside, it's not horrible but it doesn't look good. I need to make wider flatter ones next time so the inside bakes faster before the crust burns.

I wonder if the solution isn't just lower temp on the oven?

9/10, doesnt sound like you undercooked them too bad. Outside looks nice and crispy. Would eat. On a side note, dare I ask why you need Miralax anon?

An ever so slightly undercooked bit of dough on the inside is patrician elder god tier
Looking nice, OP. You really got the color and shape down. If the flavor is there, you're good to go
Your family will love you

Looks like you need to lower your temperature and cook a little longer. Otherwise good attempt.

Or chill the dough

>> No.16495262

>>16491887
The heat is obviously too strong before they got done, your dough is either too close together OR your temp is to high OR you can try cooling the dough before baking
