Not much different from a breakfast sandwich with a sausage patty. It's good.

I made something similar recently except I crumbled the beef and made a little sauce for it kind of like a sloppy joe and had it with an over easy egg and cheddar on a biscuit instead of bun. That was pretty nice.

I worked at a restaurant with a breakfast pizza on their sunday brunch menu. Basically a cream-based sauce, eggs, bacon, green onions, a few other things (spinach maybe? It's been years), and a drizzle of hollandaise on top. It was pretty tasty, although I would've just called it a flatbread personally

I used to work at a pub that did sunday roasts as well as had a pizza oven. After lunch sunday I'd make a bunch of roast dinner pizzas with any leftovers. Roast veggies and usually beef on a pizza with gravy drizzled on top. it was pretty good.
