From all my homies that worked at Disneyland seems like a massive party. All the staff hangs out together off the clock and shit. Seems like a fun place to work even though they really strict on superficial shit like your appearance and conduct. I got invited to a few staff parties and everyone seemed like a lot of fun. Had alot of people who decided to stay and work there way up cuz they enjoyed working for the company.

For me, it’s wishing that ordering an old Kungaloosh at Trader Sam’s would lead to everyone singing the all-purpose adventurers club theme song, or at least the club salute

Have you gone through the TDA tour yet? I worked there 20 years ago and enjoyed being a seasonal teen worker. Most fascinating thing about Disneyland for me as a cast member was the tour of the enormous underground city they have for logistics under the park. I remember having meals at the employee canteens for $5 or so, and getting steep discounts for park foods which was great when I went to the park for family (which was free for you and up to 3-4 people back in the early 2000s). I remember that the place had an unusual number of work bonds and people who hung out outside the park, something I was never into.
