99% of kosher food isn't processed any differently, kosher just means that a kosher certifying organization sends a guy to inspect the factory and make sure it isn't doing anything that would violate kashrut (kosher laws) once a year or so. Modern food factories are sanitized and streamlined enough that there's almost never an issue.

Really the only difference is meat, kosher meat has to be slaughtered similarly to halal but with some extra steps. All kosher meat is also halal.

In Chile we have the chorrillana, it consists of fries, caramelized onions, chopped chorizo and beef, topped with 1 or 2 fried eggs, sunny side up.

People in the south like putting pickled/fermented shit on top as well (mostly pickled pearl onions and cauliflower) but in Santiago we usually use pebre, a salsa-like mix of chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro and chilean green "ají" peppers (which aren't very hot but are really flavorful, like a mid-point between a green bell pepper and a jalapeño) and some red wine vinegar or lemon juice.
