I used to think that flavored coffee was garbage, but if you can find a roaster that specializes in it you get a kino pourover. I don’t mean to shill a local business but O’Henry’s Christmas blend is some of the best coffee I’ve tasted and the Jamaica me crazy (vanilla&rum) blend comes in a close second. Shame the owner’s kids removed the dancing niggers from the pack.

Light roast has more caffeine by volume.
A significant amount of water is lost during roasting:
Dark roast has more caffeine by weight.
