Ramadan is coming up, and im kind of at a loss with a really impressive lamb dish. Ive been thinking about a pesto lamb crown dish, but it just seems a bit measly. Im at a loss, and would appreciate some creative input

any recipe for a rack of lamb chops would also be good; rather than doing pesto use an herb other than basil. the flavor compounds in basil break down too quickly in the dry heat of an oven. woodier herbs like rosemary are hardier and better for that kind of application.
braised lamb shanks of some kind would also be good.
the benefit of a lot of these kinds of centerpiece dishes is that they take a long time of doing nothing. while you're waiting for them you can do side dishes so that the whole dinner is memorable
