I'm buying lobster tails tonight /ck/ and I will do your bidding.

How should I prepare them? I don't have a grill yet at my new house (just a Foreman) but I'm open to all other suggestions.

I was thinking of poaching them, slicing the meat into morsels, battering them and frying to make lobster nuggs but I'm up for anything.

Whatever we decide I will take cookthrough photos and post a thread

just know that they look about as unappetizing as a huge roly poly bug from The Emperors New Groove, but once you cook it it'll turn tat delicious red.

Make sure to cook it thoroughly, clean it before you cook it, keep it basted with butter and whatever, - paprika for a little pizazz - and be careful when cutting them. one fucked up cut and you can forget plating it nicely.
