Per kg meat:
Oil or yoghurt as a base
Some lemon juice
1 big onion
3 garlic cloves
15g salt
3g pepper
1g coriander
2g cumin
5g paprika or pul biber
1g marjoram
3g oregano
2g thyme
1g mint

It's a marinade, make however much of it you want
All those dried spices and herbs are going to have similar densities so just treat it like a volume ratio if you don't really care about repeatable results

I've been considering boiling some spicier peppers in milk and using that as a marinade for chicken but I haven't tried it yet. Haven't decided what peppers yet either.

Of course i use a fine scale. It's more practical to make a premix though and just use this instead of weighting all those spices over and over again.
