I've been tasked to organise a korean night for some children. What should I cook and what drinks should I provide?

What I remember as chinese food growing up as a young kid in Hong Kong

>turtle/shark fin soup
>fried chicken feet
>pig uterus noodles
>fried rice with pork knuckle gristle
>unidentifed fish balls on a stick
>boiled dog meat
>one time, monkey brains

Americans have no idea how bad it really is. No one in china knows what the fuck beef and broccoli is or sweet and sour pork. Chinese food is disgusting. Literally the worst parts to eat of any animal. Makes sense because chinks are the race of humans closest to animals. They make disgusting noises when they eat, slurp everything, men in the streets lift their fucking wife beaters over their sweaty stomachs while laughing and chewing with their mouths full of food. Like what kind of idiot decided 2 sticks is the most practical way to eat grains of fucking rice. Starving Nigerians who eat grass have a better diet than the average chinese.

Korean beef over rice is nice and easy. A little sweet, a little salty and a little spicy.

Same as how you getting chinese takeout to your abysmal little apartment-cage could be called "chinese night", yes sometimes people cook food from elsewhere, for fun.

Bulgogi is a kid friendly dish since it is basically just sweet meat. For the kids with parents who are retarded and insist on fucking their health up by making them vegan you can serve bibimbap which is just rice and veggies.

For drink sujeonggwa is good. It's really easy to make, just boil cinnamon and ginger in water until they've given up everything they have to give. Strain it then mix in brown sugar to taste. Since it's for kids, you're going to want to mix quite a bit. You should serve it chilled, and some people add whole pine nuts to it. I usually don't but it makes the drink more interesting to normies.
imo best way to serve is in a big pot with a ladle, and just pour it into cups. Give it a swirl before serving.

There's that and rice punch.

Bulgogi is pretty safe. It's also nice you can make a shitload of it easily.
If you're willing to pay a little more, kalbi is a hit with pretty much everyone.
Samgyeopsal is good, too.

oh btw, samgyeopsal isn't served by itself.
You'll have to make side stuff like a spicy relish, ssamjang, seasoned sesame oil, etc. Don't serve it by itself.

Just make bunch of fried potatoe or kimchi pancakes. Put some cheese and bacon into there for you americans. I assure you this is the most authenthic and successful suggestion. https://youtu.be/pfNmyyyso78
