chinkshit grill, get a weber. waaaay to much charcoal, lrn2 indirect, then sear. Weber+snake method+baby back ribsx2or3 + 7 hours + good dry rub = food so fucking good you will hard pressed to buy it that good

The meat looks overcooked and shish kabobs look flavorless. When I make shish kabobs I marinate the mushrooms first it helps, also brush the marinade juices over the skewers a few times while cooking. Meat looks awful, would've been better thick cut and put on the skewers too

Sure, though that’s a poorly set up grill. You should have two zones for direct/indirect heat. Otherwise stuff is going to turn to charcoal.
