The way we've found to keep our goat milk tasting the best (least goaty), brush her good, make sure the teats are clean. most importantly refridgate it immediately, the sooner you cool it down the better it will taste. Make sure your milking bucket is spotlessly clean. Pastureizing makes it taste better too. Heat slowly to 150 ( do not scald) then rapid cool in a sink of ice water and into the fridge.
