Which is the better method of extracting coffee without heat and why?

>> No.16385508

Optimal coffee extraction is a warm brew (160 F) extraction. This is to say, a cold brew like device, be it a jar or glass, placed in a sous vide machine, and left for several hours. The higher temperature leads to a better flavor profile than the toned down and boring taste of a few days of cold brew, and indeed can be achieved within hours with this technique.
