It depends. A lot of recipes don't use enough cheese, and if your cheese isn't that good then the final product obviously won't be great either. But when made properly it's one of my favorite dishes.

Not really. The quality control seems to be terrible with these so you might get one that tastes perfectly spicy with just a hint of lemon flavored sour or you might get some lame bland straight spice.
