The actual secret to perfect scrambled eggs is about 2 teaspoons of water whipped into them. Not even memeing. As long as your pan is a moderate heat that's foaming butter, when you add the eggs to the pan the water in them will steam and essentially fluff the eggs. With constant motion and just a few seconds with proper heat you have buttery, fluffy scrambled eggs waiting for that sprinkle of salt and devouring.

Give it a go. The vinegar compliments it well. I do mine like the Gordon ramsay video though so they're a little sloppy anyway, if you like harder scrambled eggs it might not be as good

But srsly, try it, everyone I've done it for actually loved it despite initial reservations. The real monster is my friend who makes a scrambled egg sandwich with mayo and adds vegetable oil to it

That was the devil tempting eve, not the antichrist
since the antichrist is the devil's son

Also, I'm not all that big on church but what does the antichrist do? He sounds like he just does the opposite of what jesus does from the name. Does he blind some guy and cripple another with a touch? Does he tell some story about a bad samaritan? Does he get a mural painted on the Sistine chapel's floor?

But yeah, Ketchup is good, as are scrambled eggs and I don't understand your reluctance

I've been doing this as far back as I can remember. It feels as natural as using it on hash browns. I never imagined other people avoided it for any reason except that it's unhealthy, and that anything subtle and fancy you do with eggs gets drowned out if you start dumping ketchup on it.

Get a good heavy skilley very hot. Whisk 3 eggs, add a tablespoon of butter to bowl of eggs. Dump it in the pan, turn the heat down to medium low. Continuously move the eggs so they don't burn. When you start to see curdles, begin folding the eggs over until you have large fluffy curdles. Remove from heat and serve. Wa la. Takes about 2 minutes on the heat.

If you just add water then you're simply diluting the egg, but milk has fat/protein/sugar.

For creamy eggs though I just like to add extra butter and cook them over low heat, constantly stirring until they're done. Takes a while but it's really tasty.

i fry up some bacon and mushrooms on medium high heat, after they're done turn the heat down to low. add beaten eggs with salt and pepper and then toss a spoon or two of butter and cook them very slowly. optionally add a bit of easily melting cheese midway through or a splash of sour creme by the end. top with thinly chopped chives and parmesan if i have it in the fridge.
