I guess it's kind of weird. I gauge the quality by sipping the brine tho. Tells me how good it is and whether or not I need to add a little salt. I drink the sardine oil, too. Sardines often use really good quality olive oil, so it's a different thing. Love that delicious, oily sardine juice.

Yep, it is kind of a pain in the ass but I love lots of space which makes the whole indoors situation kind of a paradise. My bedroom is basically empty except a bed and shelf, one of the spare rooms has my wardrobe and desk and all my hobby stuff setup, and then I have a completely bare bedroom for friends and such to crash, which has been awesome.

The biggest headache is the front and back lawns but I found a local lawnboy who does a 10/10 job for $60 a month. I work about 60 hours a week so this arrangement is perfect for me. I also have my own lemon tree and it's not a small one, there's probably 200 ripe lemons on that fucker at any given time.

Also, HUGE kitchen and I cook happily at all times of day and eat like a kang. 10/10
