Spicy brown, Dijon, ground, and yellow are all good for different uses. I am partial to Chinese mustard which is just equal part water to mustard powder. Depends on dish.

Now that I have answered OP, can someone explain to me why these horrid things exist? Bread and butter pickles are disgusting

I was skeptical of these at first, but after I tried them when I ordered chinese food one time, I really liked them. It's spicy, strong, and bitter. It also has the same burn as wasabi and horseradish.
