I too struggle with pie crust

Its my first try at a pie, advice would be appreciated.

the dough itself is good enough that you can make a bit too much of it to make it fit better and more even in the pan, then cut off the excess and maybe decorate the top of the pie with some shapes

Key to pie dough is keeping everything cold when you're mixing the flour and the butter. I usually put the bowl I will be using into the freezer before hand. Also try to roll it out thinner next time!

Baked a couple cinnamon bun pies from Christina Tosi's book. I should've made more strudel to put on top, and probably left them in 5 minutes longer. But they smell great.

Beans, motherfucker. I'm a BEANER and I made BEANS. I;m thinking about thos beans. Cranberry beans AKA frijoles ojo de venado. Cooked with garlic and serrano chilies, then pureéd, infused with onion oil, and reduced to a thick paste.
